There are a range of problems that can occur when you own a website:-
You have asked someone to build it, now you want things changed and updated and you cannot get hold of them.
You own the site but the person who bought it for you is not speaking to you for whatever reason, eg they may be a disgruntled ex-employee, an ex slave, and you are unable to access the site to bring it back under your 'roof'.
You have a web builder who keeps explaining things to you and it all sounds like gobbledygook rather than plain language and now you do not know which way to turn.
